1. Use of Services
By booking or using any of our cleaning services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services
- Grant access to your place at the scheduled time
- Store securely any fragile, hazardous, or sensitive items before our visit
- Pay all fees as agreed and on time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.
2. Booking & Cancellations
All appointments must be booked in advance through our chat platform, phone, or email.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Requests with a period of less than 48 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
3. SMS and Email Communication
By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive communications from Mariana's Cleaning Services regarding your account and services.
These communications may include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service updates or rescheduling notifications
- Feedback requests and follow-ups
- Marketing and promotional messages (with your opt-in)
Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. You can opt-out anytime by replying STOP to SMS messages or by clicking unsubscribe in emails.
4. Service Limitations
We strive to provide professional and thorough cleaning services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to furniture or property, and also items left unsecured stored
5. Payments & Fees
All services must be paid using approved methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash or other forms previously agreed). Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.
6. Damages & Breakage
As part of our company's standard procedure, our team takes photos whenever they encounter anything that deviates from the expected condition and send it to the office, so we can report the fact to the client. Customers are kindly requested to report any breakages or damages within 24 hours in the unlikely event that our team overlooks providing immediate notification.
7. Age Restriction
Our services and communications are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By booking our services or providing your contact information, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Mariana's Cleaning Services is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
